About the workshop
This workshop has a strong focus on injury prevention, learning to recognise early signs of injuries and correcting postural imbalances. Using pilates and yoga, this workshop will focus on strengthening your core as well as opening and releasing tightness in all the common runners’ problem areas – hips, legs, lower back and shoulders/upper body. Jett will also teach us about the importance of good posture and creating balance in the body.

Jett has been teaching pilates and yoga for over 10 years and because of her wide knowledge and expertise of all the above, you get much more out of her classes than just a workout. Her classes are relaxed and fun, yet you will feel the burn!
